Rhodie’s story

One Visit.
One Vision.
A Legacy.

In 1996, Rhodie Blanshay Benaroch visited the Na'amat Glickman Centre for Family Violence Prevention in Israel.

Deeply moved by the experience, she returned home with a vision: to create a special place for children living at the shelter, a place filled with warmth, stimulation and love.

Rhodie began fundraising to make that vision possible.

After her sudden passing, her family, friends and community carried her dream forward.

Their generosity created the Rhodie Blanshay Benaroch Children's Centre, where her vision continues to support children today.
